Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms govern your use of the iTechies Marketing platform (the “Platform”), operated by CMHCM Enterprise (“we”, “us”). By authorizing or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms. If you are using it on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorized to bind that business.

2. The service

The Platform helps you manage your social-media and advertising presence — including Facebook Pages, Instagram accounts, WhatsApp and Messenger conversations, and ad accounts — by publishing content, running campaigns, managing messages, and producing reports, according to the access you grant.

3. Your accounts and authorization

You retain full ownership of your own accounts, pages, audiences, and content. You grant us permission to access and manage them only to the extent needed to provide the service, through the official login and permission flows of each platform. You may withdraw that access at any time (see Data Deletion).

4. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Platform lawfully and in compliance with the policies of Meta and any other integrated platform. You will not use it to publish unlawful, deceptive, or infringing content, or in any way that violates those platforms’ terms. We may suspend service for conduct that puts our platform access or our other clients at risk.

5. Third-party platforms

The Platform depends on services provided by Meta and others. We are not responsible for changes, outages, or policy decisions of those platforms, and your use of them remains subject to their own terms.

6. Data

Our handling of data is described in our Privacy Policy. We process data on your behalf and in accordance with Malaysia’s PDPA 2010 and applicable platform policies.

7. Fees

Where the service is provided under a paid engagement, fees and payment terms are set out in the separate agreement or invoice between you and us. Advertising spend is billed by the platforms directly to your own ad accounts unless agreed otherwise.

8. Liability

The Platform is provided on a reasonable-effort basis. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses arising from third-party platform actions outside our control. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Termination

Either party may end the engagement at any time. On termination, you may withdraw the Platform’s access and request deletion of your data as described in our Data Deletion page.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
