Data Deletion

You can request deletion of the data iTechies Marketing holds about you or your business at any time. There are two ways:

Option 1 — Remove the app’s access

Removing our Platform’s permission stops all further access and triggers deletion of the associated data:

• Facebook: Settings & Privacy → Settings → Business Integrations → select iTechies Marketing → Remove.
• Instagram: Settings → Apps and Websites → remove iTechies Marketing.
• Ad accounts: remove our Platform’s access in Meta Business Manager → Business Settings → Partners / People.

Option 2 — Email us

Send a deletion request to [email protected] with the subject line “Data Deletion Request” and the account or business name concerned. We may ask you to confirm your identity or authority over the account before we proceed.

What happens next

• We stop all processing and delete or de-identify the data we hold for that account within 30 days of a verified request.
• We may retain the minimum data required by law (for example, basic transaction records), and only for as long as the law requires.
• We confirm by email once deletion is complete.
